GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

The content on this site and the products offered are protected by international trademark and copyright law and the user rights are the property of their respective owners. Any use of product photos published on this site is strictly prohibited for commercial purposes without prior written request for approved permission. By placing an order on the Azzurra Sport website, you accept all the terms and conditions of sale here indicated.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

It is possible to purchase on the site with credit cards, prepaid cards or by bank transfer. Azzurra Sport will not record, use or disclose any credit card data, as it will not have access to such data, which will be accounts managed by Paypal or Banca Sella, according to their terms and methods of use of the service.

GIFT CARDS

It is possible to purchase prepaid purchase cards, called GIFT CARDS, which can be used to make purchases on the website www.azzurrasport.eu. These GIFT CARDS can be used as a gift to allow the recipient to freely choose the purchase of a product and pay for it with the GIFT CARD. The GIFT CARDS can be used for the entire balance available or a part of it, in which case the remainder can be spent at a later time. The GIFT CARDS are valid for 365 days and any residual credits, after expiration, can be utilized upon simple request. Azzurra Sport will not disclose the data communicated for the purchase of the GIFT CARDs or for their use, the data communicated will be used only for the execution of the GIFT CARD service.

PAYMENTS

After the choice of products, payments can be made by credit card.

For card payments, Azzurra Sport uses the payment services managed by PayPal and Banca Sella. Transaction payments will be redirected to the portals of the two banking organizations. Azzurra Sport does not have access to customer credit card data.

Azzurra Sport also makes use of the payment services managed by the Klarna Credit Institute for payments in 3 monthly installments. Also in this case, Azzurra Sport does not have access to customer card data; payment with Klarna is granted for amounts greater than 150 Euros.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The law (Legislative Decree 21/02/2014, n.21, section II, articles 52-57) guarantees the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract. The consumer has the possibility to return the purchased item and to obtain a refund of the expenses incurred.

This right is reserved exclusively to physical persons (therefore it cannot be exercised by legal entities or by physical persons acting on behalf of any professional activity carried out) and is valid only for purchases made remotely. For more information read the procedure described below.

PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF RETURN/REFUND

Send an e-mail to [email protected] within 30 working days of receipt of the goods (the delivery date is certified by the express courier), stating:
- the will to exercise the right of return/refund;

order number, brand, model and quantity of the goods;

e-mail address where you prefer to receive the authorization to return the goods.

Wait for authorization to ship the goods.
Arrange for shipment of the goods within 14 days of the communication of the intention to make the return, using a courier of your choice at your own expense.
The product must be carefully packed in its original packaging complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained taking into account that:

with regard to footwear, the packaging, including the adhesive label containing the Azzurra Sport bar code (EAN), must be kept in optimal condition;
for clothing, the tag must not be removed from the product and the adhesive label with the Azzurra Sport bar code (EAN), must be kept intact.

Indicate the sender's details on the package and ship the item within 5 working days following receipt of the return authorization to the following destination address:

Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering and the presence of all parts. The integrity of the returned goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of return/refund, which otherwise could be totally lost.
We will refund the cost of the goods shipped (including any shipping costs incurred during the purchase) within 14 working days following the shipment of the goods by the buyer and not before receipt of the goods.

FAULTY GOODS

If upon arrival the purchased goods show one or more imperfections (for example evident manufacturing defects, unglued materials), the consumer has the possibility to return the item and obtain a refund of the expenses incurred. For more information, follow the procedure described below.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS

Send an e-mail to [email protected] within 30 working days of receipt of the goods (the delivery date is certified by the express courier), stating:
- the most accurate description possible of the defect concerning the purchased product (if possible, attach photos);
- order number, brand, model and quantity of the goods;
- e-mail address where you prefer to receive the authorization to return the material.

Wait for the authorization before shipping the goods.
Arrange for the shipment of the goods within 14 days from the communication of intention to return them, using a courier of your choice and at your own expense.
